- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location at which the content appeared before its removal or disablement.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- federal court for your location (or if outside the United States, any jurisdiction in which TexClearing.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a counter-notice, TexClearing.com may send a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. If the complaining party does not notify us that they have sought a court order to prevent the alleged infringement, we may proceed to restore or stop disabling access to the content.
